Use & Care:

Use
Align the shoulder wedge with the upper back from the shoulder blades up, to allow adequate support and place a pillow under the head and neck if cervical support is desired. The duration of use varies according to individual needs.

Care
The foam can be cleaned locally with a damp cloth only.
