Do you rent to own?
Yes, we offer a rent to own option. Davies caring staff know that you want a level of comfort and trust before purchasing equipment. Talk to one of our staff members to discuss your equipment needs.

What is my minimum rental period?
We do daily, weekly and monthly rentals.

Do you deliver?
Yes, we provide an In-House delivery services to our customers within the North Vancouver to Squamish areas. We also do offer a 3rd Party Contactless Delivery service as well if needed.

Do I need to book an appointment?
We require you to book an appointment for certain items such as measurements and fittings for medical grade compression stockings and mastectomy items. We also require an appointment for grab bar installations, Promenaid railing quotes, and wheelchair or scooter assessments. Walk Ins or calls are always welcome.

What are your store hours?
North Vancouver location: Monday-Saturday, 9am-5pm
Squamish location: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm

What is your return policy?
Products may be returned within 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE with the original receipt in the original packaging along with accessories and documentation. Unused items can only by returned. **Link to our full return policy

Do you install?
Yes, we install various products such as grab bars and railings.

Will you fix or service my product if I did not purchase it from you?
If we can fix the item, then we will!

How do I order compression stockings?
Feel free to email, call or come into the store to talk with one of our certified fitters about your compression stocking needs.

Do you sell mastectomy products?
Yes, we sell a variety of mastectomy items, please feel free to call or email to make a personal one-on-one appointment for all your mastectomy needs.

What home safety items do you rent?
Bath chairs, transfer benches, commodes, hospital beds, walkers, wheelchairs, canes, crutches, bed rails. If there is anything specific that is not listed, just ask.

What government funding do you work with?
Davies will guide you through the steps of getting the funding you need from a number of sources including: Ministry, FNHA, DVA, VCH, ICBC, Work Safe B.C and Palliative Care.

Does insurance cover the cost of any items?
Many of our products are covered under your extended health care plan. Check with your health coverage to find out which products are covered.
